Admission
Policy |
The
German-Jordanian University
admits students
based on space limitation and on the following criteria:
-
The
Jordanian General Secondary School Certificate (GSC-Tawjihi)
or its equivalent with a minimum average of 80% for
Engineering programs, 70% for Management, Logistic
Sciences, Computer Science and International Accounting.
-
A
differentiation value (DV) that gives 60% weight for the accumulated
average in the GSC and 40% for the achievement in subjects of the GSC that are relevant to the targeted study programs will be
established. Students with higher DV will be accepted first at the
University.
Students
holding a General Secondary Certificate must comply, according to their
stream, with the following:
Scientific
Stream: can apply for all the offered programs
Literary Streams: can apply for
Management ,Logistic
Sciences and International Accounting.
IT
Stream: can apply for Computer Engineering-Software Systems,
Computer Engineering- Embedded Systems, Management Sciences, Logistic Sciences, Environment Engineering, Plant Engineering
& Management,
International Accounting
and Computer Science.
Industrial
Stream: can apply for all the offered Engineering programs
(except Interior Architecture Engineering).
Sharia’h/Hotel/Home Economics/Commercial Streams: can apply for
Management ,Logistic
Sciences and International Accounting.

Fees |
|
The tuition
fees for one credit hour are (80 JDs) for program requirements courses, and (60 JDs) for
language courses
It
should be noted that every enrolled student shall be
responsible for all the financial expenses
during her/his residence in Germany.
