Introduction |
|
The
Management program empowers students with both theoretical and
practical tools for an effective use and coordination of
available resources within an organization to meet its defined
goals and objectives. The program encompasses the various
processes, procedures and practices that are used in the
effective management of organizations. It considers the
inter-relationship and interaction that must be organized
between departments of an organization and between the
organization and its environment.
The
management program focuses on theories, models, information
system, frameworks used by managers as well as the roles of
managers in the process of decision-making. Jordan lacks enough
natural resources, but has potential human resources.
Capitalizing on the Jordanian human resource has become
essential in an era of reform.
The
program will focus on core themes of current debates in
organizational theory and behavior, including
intra-organizational and intro-organizational issues. The
program will bring together a sound knowledge of new range of
qualitative and quantitative research methods and new systems
techniques used in management and organizational analysis.
