Justification |
|
The
German Jordanian University has a good chance in being the
leader in the MBA programs in Jordan by adapting the German
model that enforces the concept of transferring knowledge
accrued on the courses to the workplace in the real world.
The
Job market in Jordan currently needs individuals with technical
background and has a business perspective at the same time.
Technical individuals are also realizing that in order for them
to grow in their organization, or grow their own businesses,
they need to understand the business side of the organization as
well as the technical side. Having an MBA can equip those
individuals with the necessary knowledge and skills to achieve
their goals and succeed in the real world.
