In February 2012, SIC submitted a comprehensive self-assessment report on its current status, progress and achievements to the DAAD Evaluation Committee, which is composed of quality, accreditation and education experts. The report mainly identified the achievements of SIC and strategic directions around academic excellence, the German dimension, research and innovation, and physical infrastructure.
