December 2011, SIC hosted a guest from the University of Tokyo to showcase research collaboration and staff exchange. Dr. Kunihairo Asada introduced technology advancements in the design and engineering of VLSI. Dr. Saad Bushnaq gave a lecture entitled "Discover your inner potential".
