Dr. Majdy Zuriekat

Zuriekat is an Associate Professor of Accounting and Strategic Management Control at Graduate School of Business Administration/German Jordanian University. He earned his PhD from the University of Huddersfield/ United Kingdom, his MBA degree from the University of Jordan and earned his BA from Baghdad University in the fields of Business Administration and Accounting. Dr. Zuriekat has extensive experience in Financial Analysis and Managerial Planning and Control in Jordan, having served more than 6 years in the private sector in Jordan. Dr. Zuriekat is a specialised researcher and academic in the fields of Management Accounting and Strategic Management Control Systems. He also served as Vice Dean at the German Jordanian University (2014-2017), Dean of Graduate School of Business Administration (2017-present). Dr. Zuriekat is also a strategic and performance management consultant, expert in various aspects of management accounting, control systems and cost management, ABC systems, and the balanced scorecard.
