Dr. Mohammad Ta’amnah

I am an academic and professional trainer and consultant in the Human Resources area. I have a PhD in Human Resources Management. I got this highest academic degree from the University of East Anglia- UK in 2014, and since then I have been working for the German Jordanian University. In addition, I have several prestigious professional certificates, such as Senior Professional in Human Resources - International (SPHRi) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), USA & Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the Society For Human Resource Management, USA.

In addition to my outstanding career in the academic realm, I am also highly engaged in the industrial sector. I develop, customize, and deliver several professional training courses for individuals and companies such as Diploma in HRM, Certified Consultant in HRM, and HR for Non HR Managers. Furthermore, my consultancy experience is booming rapidly nowadays, I offer HR audit, which is one aspect of Risk Management function, for companies to identify the weaknesses in their HR systems, assess the level of risk involved, and then work closely with them to turn these weaknesses into strengths.

Lastly, I would like to indicate to my research interest that is in the area of the Employer Branding. I got seed fund from the German Jordanian University for two years to investigate how to make the Jordanian workplaces very attractive for both the prospective talents and for the current talents. The preliminary results of this research are promising and expected to add substantial positive impact to the Jordanian workplaces.
