Dual Studies is "a global educational concept that aims to combine academic studies and extensive practical work, to enhance student employability and provide the companies with tailor-made graduates". The IE department offers a B.Sc degree in two tracks regular and dual study.
Dual Studies include extensive practical phases (12 weeks) in the summertime at the company which will be closely linked to academic teaching. In this time, students are fully integrated into all work processes and university professors will provide additional intensive courses taught in the companies.
Although the two tracks adopt the same study plan, The DS track provides unique experience between the theoretical aspect acquired in the classroom and practical aspect acquired in the industry, resulting in more compatible graduates.
