We at BayWa r.e.

Solar Projects, have had excellent experiences with GJU students. Since 2015, we have had the pleasure to host various GJU students and graduates for internships and as working students, with several joining our team as full-time employees.

We appreciate the excellent knowledge and motivation of the GJU students, which is a solid foundation for their professional careers. In the engineering team for photovoltaic power plants, electrical engineering knowledge in power systems and photovoltaic technology is an essential part. In addition, to be familiar with engineering software like AutoCAD and PVsyst as well as with digitalization and software tools in general are important basics to start a professional career in our engineering team. GJU students have successfully shown this knowledge and the skills when working for us.

Students and graduates interested in joining us should demonstrate strong initiative and responsibility and enjoy working in an international and multicultural engineering team.

BayWa r.e. Solar Projects offers an interesting and challenging work environment in the sector of renewable energies with a global presence. Working with us means being part of a dynamic and innovative team which contributes to the energy transition every day.
