On Tuesday, May 21, 2019, the German Jordanian University (GJU) met with HSE24 Company representatives- Germany and Crystel Company representatives- Jordan in the presence of the President of GJU Prof. Manar Fayyad and the Minister of Digital Economy & Entrepreneurship, Mothanna Gharaibeh.

Within a partnership between HSE24 and Crystel, both sides decided to seek a partnership with the University to explore collaboration means and discuss partnership opportunities.

Crystel collaborated recently with HSE24 to provide customer support in the German language to its consumers in Germany and other territories; therefore, they aim to recruit GJU students and graduates who are well known of their high skills and proficiency in the German language.

GJU’s side that included the Dean of School of Natural Resources Engineering and Management (SNREM) Dr. Munjid Al-Sharif and the Director of the Office for Industrial Links (OIL) Britta Kähler discussed ideas and ways to facilitate the collaboration, and internship opportunities to GJU students in Jordan and Germany.

It is worth mentioning that Crystel company was founded in 2007,  by young Jordanian entrepreneurs- as the first outsourcing contact center and Business Process Outsourcing provider in Jordan with around 1000 employees who are handling various local and international accounts.

On another hand, HSE24 is a German multichannel home shopping company that offers its customers with a multi-media shopping experience across various media platforms. Its TV program features product demonstrations, advice and online shop provides optimal additional information for customers.
