In this project, simple yet informative compact and mobile laboratory experiments are performed by school students at their school premises. IEEE GJU volunteers visit schools with all materials required to build the experiments, and help students in building and understanding the experiments. The students build the experiments by themselves from scratch, which enhances their hands on skills. An interactive approach that combines team work, learning by doing, and fun learning is used. The experiments are related to Arabic scientists and explain basic phenomena that every student should learn at school. This is one of the main themes of the project: boosting cultural confidence. In addition, there is one take home experiment that can be done using simple tools that are available at most homes. The aim of this is to boost self-confidence and encourage students to practice what they learn (VIDEO).
