DAAD Scholarships for Master's Programs

Note: The DAAD scholarships mentioned below generally​

  1. require (very) good academic results,
  2. require certified language proficiencies of B1/B2 in German and/or English,
  3. and recommend at least two years of work experience.

Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees (EMJMDs)

The European Union offers full scholarships to students from all around the world applying for their "Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees (EMJMDs)".

Federal and State-based Scholarships

  • Deutschlandstipendium (German | English)
    The Deutschlandstipendium ("Germany Scholarship") is granted by the German Ministry of Education and Research through the universities participating in this program. Eligibility criteria a determined by each university separately. Applicants have to be enrolled at one of these universities before applying.

 

  • Baden-Württemberg-Scholarships
    Scholarships for BA / MA students to study 1-2 semesters in a suitable field at the Hochschule Aalen.
    Deadline: March 31st

 

 

Internship Scholarships

  • Cross Culture Program (Institute for International Relations, ifa)  (German | English)
    This program offers paid internships for young working graduates.
