Mechatronics Engineering students, Ahmad Bino, Tariq Adaileh, and Hudhaifah Jasim, built an autonomous ground vehicle and were the first Middle Eastern university to compete at the 19thannual Intelligent Ground Vehicle Competition (IGVC) held at Oakland University in Michigan, USA in June 2011.
