We are pleased to pay tribute, appreciation and thanks to all visitors of the Library at the German Jordanian University, and all the browsers of its website. The university library truly expresses the University's vision, mission and goals based on the integration of theoretical education and practical application (applied education), and therefore the library is the foundation for supporting the teaching and research process. It is focused on providing university students, teachers, and staff with a various number of data resources that are based on a variety of printed textbooks, electronic books, and international databases. In the aim of achieving this, the library has decided on a strategy that makes use of the most up-to-date technical tools for categorizing information sources and establishing accreditation standards for academic faculties. Additionally, the university library provides its users and visitors with the ideal learning environment by combining education on an individual basis with education in the form of research and study groups. The library participates in a variety of cultural competitions and public events to support extracurricular activities and strengthen ties with the community. Based on its strategic plan, the University Library intends to focus in the upcoming time on depending more on digital resources as well as on paper resources.
