The School of Architecture and Built Environment’s (SABE) students at the German Jordanian University (GJU) presented their winning film Laith at the Franco Arab Film Festival in France.

SABE’s students won the jury prize for the Best Fiction Short Film. The film was directed by Aysha Shaltough, Yasmeen Nowar, and Noor Hanania and supervised by Industrial Professor, Eng. Yahya Alabdallah.

About her participation, Hanania said, “Our participation in the Arab Film Festival was a unique experience; it gave us an incentive to continue producing films.”

From her side, Yasmeen expressed her appreciation to their supervisor Eng. Yahya Alabdallah. She said, “The journey was unforgettable, we were honored by the Mayor of Paris and the festival’s team, in addition we got the chance to visit the first Digital Art Museum in Paris.”
