On Wednesday 6th of December 2017, under the patronage of the President of German Jordanian University (GJU), Prof. Manar Fayyad, within the university’s celebration in Prophet Mohammad’s Birth, the Deanship of Students Affairs (DSA) organized a lecture delivered by Dr. Mohamed Rateb Al Nabulsi.

Al- Nabulsi began the lecture by clarifying the rule of celebrating the birth of the Prophet Mohammad, indicating that it is an Islamic activity and not a worship because the origin in worship is prohibition, and the origin in non-worship is permissible.

He also pointed to the importance of being introduced to the Prophet’s principles, qualities, characteristics and the meaning of his words, deeds and silence because they are part of religion.

He explained that humans are God’s first creature and in the first place among other creatures and responsibilities held by human according to this fact.

During the lecture, he touched on several topics, including the purpose of mankind existence in the world, the safety of his existence, and the faith sign, providing the audience with live scientific and social examples.
