Under the Patronage of the President of GJU, Prof. Manar Fayyad, the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Department (QAAD) signed a cooperation agreement to qualify GJU’s academic and administrative staff for ISO, as a part of the university’s strategy to improve the quality of services offered to students and staff.

Within this framework, the University has held intensive training course aims to provide employees with the necessary skills and knowledge of the quality policy, objectives and benefits to improve and develop overall performance within a process approach.

The Director of QAAD Dr. Anas Atieh, said that the top management at GJU believes in the need to adopt the quality management system due to its importance in achieving the best academic and administrative services for students in accordance with the legal and regulatory requirements.

He pointed out that the adoption of quality management system ensures access to the desired results in eliminating or reducing negative impacts based on risk-based thinking and planning opportunities.

It is worthy to mention that On Thursday March 1st  2018, GJU celebrated the graduation of representatives from 27 departments and schools who completed 48 training hours successfully.
