On Thursday, July 25, 2019, the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Department at the German Jordanian University (GJU) in cooperation with the Human Resources Department and the Consulting and Training Center celebrated the graduation in a group of university employees who completed the “ISO 9001: 2015- QMS Lead Implementer Training Course”, in the presence of the President of GJU Prof. Manar Fayyad and a number of faculty members and administrative.
The five-day course aims at improving the performance of employees, raising their productivity and developing their skills in the implementation of the quality system.
During the ceremony, Fayyad highlighted the importance of the quality system at the university, which affects the quality of the services provided to students and employees, and positively reflects the reputation of the university locally and globally. Calling for the continuation of these courses, which are part of the University's efforts to achieve scientific and administrative excellence and capacity building in response to the National Plan for Human Capacity Development.
Fayyad congratulated the participants on their efforts and commitment to the course, stressing the importance of investing the skills and experience gained in the performance of their duties in the university.
At the end of the ceremony, Fayyad handed the participants their testimonies, praising this achievement.
