Next Saturday, September 11, 2021, the German Jordanian University (GJU) is organizing an Open Day in (Jabal Amman campus / Ibrahim Hashem Building) from 3- 7 PM.

The Open Day intends to introduce new students of the Jordanian Tawjihi and international programs and their parents to the specializations offered by the university and its various services.

The president of GJU, Prof. Ala’aldeen Al-Halhouli, said that Jordanian youth are the vibrant future, leaders of change, and the focus of our Hashemite leadership’s attention.

Prof. Al-Halhouli added that during the introductory day for the university’s programs and dual studies related to the industry, direct meetings would be held between prospective students and their families and GJU academics from all schools.

Schools participating in the event are the school of Architecture and Built Environment (SABE), School of Applied Technical Sciences (SATS), School Applied Humanities and Languages (SAHL), School of Management and Logistics Sciences (SMLS), School of Natural Resources Engineering and Management (SNREM), Graduate School of Business Administration (GSBA), School Electrical Engineering and Information Technology (SEEIT), School of Applied Medical

Sciences (SAMS). In addition to representatives of the Admission and Registration and Finance Departments, the International Office, the Office for Industrial Links, the German Language Center, the Services Department, and the Deanship of Student Affairs to respond to all the queries during the day.

Al-Halhouli pointed to the importance of choosing the right educational environment that provides the knowledge, skills, and professional attributes to form the students' personality and bring a successful career, encouraging the students and their parents to benefit from the open day to receive guidance from the experts directly. He stressed the importance of the commitment of visitors to public safety procedures and Defense Order 34, as the university will take all means and methods that will maintain the safety of everyone, especially social distancing, distribution of masks, provision of sterile materials, and temperature measurement.
