Dr. Muhammad Al-Harut and Dr. Eva Haddad from the School of Basic Applied Sciences and Humanities (SBSH), Dr. Badr Madi, and master’s student Mina Ghanem from the School of Applied Humanities and Languages (SAHL) ​​at the German Jordanian University (GJU) participated in the workshop organized by the Abdul Hameed Shoman Foundation and the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.

The workshop aimed at pointing out the challenges facing research in the field of humanities, as well as brainstorming within teams of different faculty members of other universities with the aim of finding solutions and developing a plan that will be followed up by a national committee of researchers in Jordanian universities. The plan will also be in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The workshop was held over a whole day under the patronage of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and with the participation of the Chairman of the Management Committee of the Scientific Research Support Fund at the Abdul Hameed Shoman Foundation, Dr. Adnan Badran.
