Students from School of Applied Humanities and Languages / GEBC Department conducted an educational visit to The Royal Jordanian Airlines (RJ) as part of the course "Institutions in Jordan" given by Instructor -Ms. Kinana Nasra.
RJ was highly prepared with presentations about the history of RJ, its fleet, employees and other issues from their HR, Marketing, and Media departments.
Representatives from RJ explained RJ's marketing strategies which proved to be very successful, especially the ones referring to the US and French elections, highlighting the importance of such successful plans given the limited financial resources.
Finally, the students learnt about the corporate social responsibility initiatives that RJ undertakes, such as cooperating with the King Hussein Cancer Center and others. The aim of such visits is to prepare the GEBC students for the local labor market and to prepare them for possible future job opportunities.
