The German Jordanian University (GJU), represented by its President Prof. Manar Fayyad, announced the launch of new E-Fawateercom payment services via the e-banking channels of all Jordanian Banks. The new services allow students to pay for all service fees electronically, which complements the online tuition fees payment service launched in 2016.

Fayyad indicated that these services were established to facilitate the payment procedures of the various services provided by the university, to be in line with the general trends in the kingdom regarding electronic transactions. She also appreciated the efforts of the programming team at the Information Systems and Technology Center (ISTC) led by its director, Dr. Feras Al-Hawari.

For his part, Al-Hawari said that the Center’s success in supporting the payment for all student fees electronically, prevents students from attending to the Financial Department, preserves their time and their parents time, besides, it saves the time and effort of the administrative staff at the university, which will lead to completing transactions faster and more accurately.

Al-Hawari added that the new services enable the students to pay all university fees, such as Transcript, Student-Proof, Re-Mark, Parking Permission Fees, Bus Transportation Fees, and Graduation Fees, adding that students can pay for any fee via the E-Fawateercom service using their student ID, then they can track all payments from their MyGJU account, and contact the responsible department at GJU to receive the desired service.
