رامي الأزرعي حاصل على الدكتوراه في الهندسة الكهربائية و الحاسوب عام 2013 من جامعة بوردو ، الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. في يونيو 2013 ، التحق بكلية الهندسة الكهربائية و تكنولوجيا المعلومات في الجامعة الألمانية الأردنية (GJU) كعضو هيئة تدريس ، حيث يعمل حاليًا أستاذًا في قسم هندسة الحاسوب.
