دكتوراه في التخطيط المكاني من جامعة دورتموند الألمانية 2006 ، ماجستير في التصميم الحضري من جامعة كاسل في ألمانيا 2001 بكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية من جامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا الأردنية .1998

 

 
مرام طويل حاليا عميد كلية الهندسة المعمارية والبيئة العمرانية في الجامعة الألمانية الأردنية. عملت منذ عام 2006 في جامعات مختلفة مثل الجامعة الألمانية الأردنية وجامعة العلوم التطبيقية. كانت تدرس وتدرس في الجامعة الألمانية الأردنية في كلية الهندسة المعمارية والبيئة المبنية. شاركت في برامج مختلفة ، وتطوير المناهج الدراسية جنبًا إلى جنب مع تنظيم المشاريع القائمة على الطلاب والمتعددة التخصصات القائمة على البحث والتي تتبنى نهجًا متعدد التخصصات في التخطيط المتكامل المستدام
 
منذ عام 2009 ، كانت مستشارة في معهد عمان للتنمية العمرانية ، مجموعة الاستشاريين HS تعمل على مشاريع تخطيط متكاملة مختلفة ، بدءًا من التنمية المحلية للمخططات الرئيسية في محافظة البلقاء ، والمخطط العام المتكامل لوادي عربة إلى المشاريع الإقليمية في السليمانية واليمن مثل كقيادة لخطة صنعاء الرئيسية

  • Deputy Project Manager for the Wadi Araba Integrated Development Master Plan, Client Jordan Valley Authority, consultation at HS Group Consultants and Engineers within a joint venture of Keios Development Consulting, Italy and Orient Jordan.

  • Developing and coordinating a DAAD funded student-based and research based cooperation project with TU Dortmund in Germany, directed towards Spatial Planning through inter-cultural dialogue. Organizing workshops of students' works as well as summer school for Professors and MSc students between the two universities to contribute to public space discussion in Amman within planning conceptions in a comparative analysis scheme, German Jordanian University, Amman, Jordan.

  • Team Leader – On Job Training and Review of the Master Plan for the Blue Nile Region, Sudan – within a Cooperation Agreement between the UN Habitat Sudan and the German Jordanian University.

  • Team Leader for the Slemani Residential and Business District 2020 in Suleimanya, Iraq,  Consultation work at HS group Consultants and Engineers.
  • Head of Department of Architecture – Faculty of Engineering – Applied Science University – Amman – Jordan

  • Team Leader for the Sana'a Master Plan 2035, Consultation work at HS group Consultants and Engineers, in parallel to teaching at Applied Science University.

  • Urban Planning Adviser for the Al Balqa Master Plan 2030, Consultation work at the Amman Institute, in parallel to teaching at German Jordanian University, Amman, Jordan.

  • Founding Board Member of the Road Safety Center of Excellence, German Jordanian University Amman, Jordan. 

  • Launching of a Master Program in Spatial Planning in cooperation with TU Dortmund in Germany, German Jordanian University, Amman, Jordan.

  • Launching and Jordan representative of DAAD funded student-based cooperation project with TU Dortmund in Germany, BirZeit University in Palestine and other Middle East Universities, directed towards Spatial Planning through inter-cultural dialogue. Along , organizing workshops of students' works from five cities to develop planning settings in the Middle East, German Jordanian University, Amman, Jordan.
