الأستاذ المشارك (أ) في أصول التربية دكتور صفاء شويحات، حاليا (2006-2023) عضو هيئة تدريس في الجامعة الألمانية الأردنية وحاصلة منها على درع تقدير عضو هيئة التدريس المتميز، مستشار التطوير التربوي لدولة رئيس الوزراء 2018-2017 خلال سنة التفرغ العلمي، حاصلة على الزمالة الأمريكية في التعليم المدني 2010، نائب رئيس ورئيس لجنة المشاريع البحثية في المكتب التنفيذي لليونسكو في الاردن، 2011-2013، مستشار لقطاع العلوم الاجتماعية في المجلس الأعلى للعلوم والتكنولوجيا 2008-2009. وعضو فاعل في المجلس الاستشاري للمركز الكاثوليكي للدراسات والاعلام 2008 -2023 مستمر. مؤسس ومدير دائرة المشاريع البحثية للمرأة في جامعة الاسراء في الأردن 2003-2005. نشرت العديد من الأبحاث والدراسات والمقالات العلمية في وطنية وعربية وعالمية، تعتبر شويحات من القيادات البارزة في قيادة التعليم المدني، فلديها ثلاث مؤلفات في التعليم المدني تم اعتمادهم لتدريس طلبة في العديد من الجامعات الأردنية منذ 2006-2023، وتعتبر الأبرز في ريادة التعليم الالكتروني المدمج ابتداء من 2015، حيث أنجزت أول مساق في التعليم الالكتروني المدمج من حيث اعداد المحتوى والاشراف والتنفيذ والمتابعة، انتشر استخدامه في كل من الجامعة الألمانية الأردنية، والجامعة الأردنية، وجامعة الاسراء، وجامعة ليمينوس، والجامعة الهاشمية، أعدت شويحات مشروع "مدونة السلوك التربوي المدني في المدارس الأردنية". وفي ضوء نتائج أطروحة الدكتوراه لشويحات، وفي ضوء أهم التوصيات تم اعتبار مادة " التربية الوطنية" متطلب جامعي في كامل الجامعات الأردنية الحكومية والخاصة. ترأس جلسات العديد من الفعاليات العلمية والمؤتمرات، والتحقت بعدة دورات والدورات على المستوى العالم ي -أمريكا، والمانيا، وإيطاليا، وتركيا وغيرها من المؤتمرات على المستوى العربي والوطني . واعتبرت من الخمسين امرأة مؤثرة في الأردن من قبل مؤسسة wpp "النساء شركاء في التطوير والتنمية" الممولة من مكتب كرسي خليل جبران للقيم والسلام جامعة ميريلاند الأمريكية 2017-2022. عضوة في منتدى الفكر العربي، والمجلس الاستشاري للمركز الكاثوليكي للإعلام والدراسات عضو المنظمة العالمية لتمكين النساء العربيات ومقرها الكويت 2021. 11-6-2023 السيرة الاكاديمية والمهنية للأستاذ المشارك في أصول التربية دكتور صفاء شويحات، حاليا عضو لجنة تطوير منهاج التربية الوطنية لطلبة مؤسسات التعليم العالي في الأردن بتكليف من وزير التعليم العالي، وعلى رأس عملي عضو هيئة تدريس في الجامعة الألمانية الأردنية، تم التقدم لترقية الاستاذية في 25-10-2022.

الاهتمامات البحثية

مراقبة واقع الطلاب في الجامعات، وتحسين الجامعات التعليمية والاجتماعية والثقافية، والنجاح في أطروحته المعنية بتأهيل الطلاب ليكونوا مواطنين صالحين يؤدون أدوارهم ومسؤولياتهم بشكل فعال في مجتمع مدني ديمقراطي.

  • 2023 عضو المجلس الاقتصادي الاجتماعي في الاردن.
  • 2018-2021 مستشار مشروع wpp " النساء كشركاء في التطوير والتقدم في بلدان الشرق الأوسط وشمال افريقيا " وزارة الخارجية الأمريكية.
  • 2018 مستشار المجلس التنفيذي لتطوير المناهج التربوية، المهام المنفذة: تقيم الاطار العام للمناهج التربوية.
  • 2017  خلال سنة التفرغ اعلمي الأولى : عملت مستشار تطوير التعليم العام، وزارة التربية والتعليم – الأردن:  المشاريع المنجزة:
  1. تطوير "مدونة السلوك المدني في المدارس الأردنية".
  2. تطوير نموذج مقترح " المهارات الاجتماعية والمواطنية لطلبة الصفوف الأساسية في المدارس الأردنية".
  3. صياغة وتكيف " فلسفة إعادة البناء والتجديد" لما يتناسب مع احتياجات تطوير فلسفة التعليم في الأردن".
  4. مشروع "عصرنة مناهج التربية الاجتماعية والوطنية  من خلال دمج القضايا الجدلية، والمشكلات الاجتماعية، والااحداث المعاصرة
  5. تأسيس "القواعد الذهبية لتهيئة الطلاب لتقبل الفكر الديمقراطي".
  6. انشاء  نموذج " ارشادي لكتابة ورقة بحثية وفق أسس البحث العلمي" لمرحلة  التعليم الأساسية العليا.
  • 2017 عضو اللجنة الاستشارية لوضع الاستراتيجية الوطنية لتطوير الشباب الأردني.
  • 2017 عضو لجنة تدقيق في الهيئة المستقلة للانتخابات في الأردن، المهمة التدقيق على نتائج انتخابات مجالس البلدية ومجالس المحافظات اللامركزية في مدينة مادبا.
  • 2009-2010 مستشار تربوي، مدرسة اليوبيل للطلبة الموهوبين- عمان، الأردن.
  • 2008-2009 مستشار المجلس الأغلى للعلوم والتكنولوجيا - مهام التخطيط للتربية على السلوك المدني.
  • 2011-2013 نائب رئيس المكتب التنفيذي لليونسكو في الأردن، ورئيس لجنة البرامج و الميزانية والمشاريع / اللجنة الوطنية

الجوائز

2010 حصلت على الزمالة الأمريكية في قيادة  التعليم المدني ، معهد ماكسويل – جامعة سيراكيوز نيويورك، تبعا لبرامج التبادل الثقافي مدة البرنامج 3 ثلاث أشهر .

2016 درع  عضو هيئة التدريس المتميز من الجامعة الالمانية الأردنية. عن مشروع  التعليم الالكتروني المدمج ، حيث نفذ في 2015  بداية في  كل من الجامعة الالمانية الأردنية، ثم تم استخدامه في اربع جامعات أردنية أخرى هي: الجامعة الهاشمية وتبعتها الجامعة الأردنية ، وأيضا جامعة الاسراء وجامعة ليمينوس

2016 و 2015 شاركت في برنامجين في المانيا "الديمقراطية الفعالة: الحرية الأكاديمية والتعددية والحكم الرشيد". بدعوة من مؤسسة فريدريك ناومن  FNF ,  1-11 نوفمبر 2015. والثانية في "التعليم الجامعي في ألمانيا"
