وقعت الجامعة الألمانية الأردنية أمس الثلاثاء مذّكرة تفاهم مع ديوان المحاسبة ، لتعزيز فرص التعاون بين المؤسستين وتوفير فرص تدريب مهني متخصص لمدققي الديوان ولطلاب الجامعة وتقديم الاستشارات وتنفيذ مشروعات بحثية في موضوعات تخص نظم المعلومات والتدقيق للأغراض العامة.
عبر الأستاذ الدكتور علاء الدين الحلحولي عن سعادته بتوقيع مذكرة التفاهم، مؤكداً ان التعاون مع ديوان المحاسبة ليس وليد اللحظة، حيث أن الجامعة على تماس مباشر مع مدققي الديوان الذين يقدمون خبرتهم واستشاراتهم حتى يتم تجويد القرارات وفق الأنظمة والقوانين المتبعة.
وأكد الحلحولي على أن توجيهات صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير الحسين بن عبد الله الثاني ولي العهد المعظم حفظه الله لنا كانت بالتعاون وإيجاد شراكات مع مختلف القطاعات لخدمة الوطن والمواطن، مشيرا الى أن الجامعة تسخر مقدراتها وامكانياتها لخدمة مؤسسات الدولة كافة ولمساعدة المسؤول باتخاذ قرارته دون تردد لخدمة الصالح العام.
كما عبر الدكتور مالك الشرايري نائب رئيس الجامعة عن شكره لديوان المحاسبة على هذه المذكرة باعتبارها مؤسسة دستورية لها مكانتها في المحافظة على المال العام، وتسعى جاهدة في الفترة الأخيرة لبث روح جديدة للتطوير والانفتاح على كافة مؤسسات المجتمع، مشدداً على ان الجامعة تقف مع أي جهة حكومية تسعى لخدمة الوطن والمواطن.
و من جهته قال رئيس ديوان المحاسبة الدكتور راضي الحمادين، عقب توقيع المذكرة، ان هذه المذكرة تعد الأولى مع جامعة حكومية، نسعى من خلالها لتبادل الخبرات ونقل المعرفة وتبادل التدريب وفق أفضل الممارسات العالمية المعتمدة واستفادة كل طرف من إمكانيات الطرف الآخر، منوهاً بأن الديوان يشهد حالياً تحول في طبيعة عمله من خلال تبني منهجيات تدقيق حديثة تعتمد على تكنولوجيا وتتطلب إيجاد شراكات مع مؤسسات أكاديمية ومنظمات مهنية.
وأضاف الحمادين بأننا في ديوان المحاسبة وبعد إطلاق الخطة الاستراتيجية والتي جاءت وفق تطلعات جلالة الملك حفظه الله في إيجاد شراكات حقيقية مع مختلف القطاعات الحكومية والخاصة ومنها القطاع الأكاديمي، حيث تعد الجامعة الألمانية الأردنية من الجهات الرائدة في البحث العلمي التطبيقي، ولها استراتيجية واضحة المعالم تنسجم مع اهدافنا، مبينا ضرورة عقد ورش تدريبيه وندوات علمية ومشاريع بحثية مشتركة لتوفير فرص تدريب لطلبة الجامعة في ديوان المحاسبة بشكل يثري معارف الطلبة ويعزز مهاراتهم.
وتنص المذكّرة على التعاون في مجالات التدريب في مجال المحاسبة والضرائب والتحليل المالي وكذلك التخطيط المكاني والمباني المستدامة والطاقة المتجددة وتبادل الخبرات وتقديم الاستشارات وعقد الورش التدريبيّة المشتركة، وكذلك تقديم فرص للتدريب لطلاب الجامعة فضلًا عن عقد الندوات وورش العمل.
On Tuesday, the German Jordanian University (GJU) formalized a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the State Audit Bureau to strengthen collaboration between the two institutions. This partnership aims to enhance professional training opportunities for auditors and university students, as well as facilitate consultations and research projects focused on information systems and general auditing practices.
Prof. Ala’aldeen Al-Halhoulin expressed his enthusiasm for the agreement, emphasizing that this collaboration is not a new initiative; GJU has maintained direct contact with auditors from the State Audit Bureau, benefiting from their expertise to improve decision-making in compliance with relevant regulations.
Prof. Al-Halhouli highlighted the guidance of His Royal Highness Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, who encourages cooperation and partnership across various sectors for the benefit of the country and its citizens. He noted that GJU is committed to leveraging its resources to support state institutions and assist officials in making informed decisions that serve the public interest.
Prof. Malek Alsharairi, Vice President of GJU, acknowledged the importance of the MoU, recognizing the State Audit Bureau's role in safeguarding public funds. He commended the Bureau for fostering a spirit of development and openness among societal institutions and reaffirmed the university's support for any government agency dedicated to public service.
Dr. Radhi Al-Hammadin, President of the State Audit Bureau, stated that this MoU marks a significant milestone as the first with a public university. He emphasized the importance of exchanging expertise and training in line with international best practices, highlighting the Bureau's ongoing transformation towards modern auditing methodologies that incorporate technology.
Dr. Al-Hammadin noted that the strategic plan aligns with the aspirations of His Majesty the King to establish meaningful partnerships across governmental and private sectors, including academia. He recognized GJU's leadership in applied scientific research and its alignment with the Bureau's objectives. The MoU includes provisions for training in areas such as accounting, taxation, financial analysis, spatial planning, sustainable buildings, and renewable energy, along with opportunities for joint workshops and seminars aimed at enhancing student knowledge and skills.
