خلال السنوات الماضية، اكتسبتُ معرفةً وخبرةً دوليةً من خلال الخيارات الأكاديمية والمهنية التي انتهجتها. تخصصتُ في إدارة الأعمال الدولية، وحرصتُ على ترسيخ هذه المعرفة من خلال المحاضرات والدورات التدريبية والاستشارات العالمية. بعد أن بدأتُ مسيرتي المهنية المبكرة في مركز التعلم المؤسسي الأكاديمي، درّستُ في العديد من المؤسسات المرموقة مثل الجامعة الألمانية الأردنية وكلية طلال أبو غزالة للأعمال؛ وهما من أعرق كليات إدارة الأعمال في الأردن. وخلال هذه الفترة، شغلتُ أيضًا بعض المناصب الإدارية الرئيسية - رئيس قسم العلوم الإدارية، ونائب عميد كلية العلوم الإدارية واللوجستية، ومنسق الروابط الصناعية ومسؤول التدريب لسد الفجوة بين الأوساط الأكاديمية والقطاع الصناعي.
حصلتُ على العديد من الشهادات المحلية والإقليمية والدولية خلال مسيرتي المهنية. علاوةً على ذلك، كنتُ أستاذًا زائرًا في مؤسسات في تركيا وألمانيا، بالإضافة إلى عملي كممتحن خارجي في عدد من المؤسسات الأردنية. وقد شاركتُ بنجاح في مؤتمرات علمية وورش عمل عديدة على مدار السنوات الست الماضية. إلى جانب ذلك، أجريت أبحاثًا في مجموعة متنوعة من المجالات، وقد أهلتني جميعها للتدريب في مؤسسات مثل الوكالة الأمريكية للتنمية الدولية، ومؤسسة كاساما للعلوم وغيرها في مجالات مثل إدارة الجودة الشاملة، والاتصالات الإدارية، وإدارة الابتكار، والإدارة الاستراتيجية... إلخ.
