The German Jordanian University (GJU) is organizing, the 1st GJU Symposium on Sustainable Development 2022 Water, Energy, and Environment, German-Jordanian/MENA Cooperation from 12-14 October 2022, organized in cooperation between the German Jordanian University and Technical University Berlin.
This symposium is the first in a series of seminars that will be organized around the UN's sustainable development goals like affordable and clean energy, clean water, decent work, economic growth, sustainable cities and communities, good health, etc.
It focuses on energy, water, and environmental sustainability and is organized in cooperation with GJU's its German partner universities along with industrial partners and stakeholders. It aims at connecting students and researchers with participants from industry and administration to present and discuss research, applications, and optimum solutions, regulations, frameworks, and funds for achieving sustainability.
This Symposium is coordinated by Prof. Mohammad Al-Addous and Dr. Mathhar Bdour from the German Jordainian University, and Dr. Johannes Wellmann from TU-Berlin.
