The Deanship of Student Affairs in cooperation with the National Center for Culture and Arts organized an interactive show entitled ““To Be or Not To Be”.
This show that came as part of the project, “Empowering Young Jordanian Women towards Effective Participation in the Work Force” launched by the Center for Culture and Arts and funded by the Royal Norwegian Embassy, aims at enhancing the importance of the young Jordanian woman’s role and her effective participation in society.
This comedy interactive show is spotting the light on the Jordanian woman in our society, the most challenges and obstacles she is facing to have a job and make a decision.
Dr. Yousef Al.Abdallat, Dean of Students Affairs, emphasized that this activity is representing the university’s role in improving the students’ skills hereby they contribute to serve the society and develop the country.
At the end of the show that was attended by a group of students, an expanded dialogue was held about the most important concepts the play addressed like justice, equality and equal opportunities for young people.
