Amman- 27 October 2015

On the 27th October 2015, GJU hosted a CV-Clinic for GJU students in their final year and graduates.

The event was run by Nestlé and organized by the Office for Industrial Links (OIL) at GJU in cooperation with the King Abdullah II Fund for Development-Career Guidance Office (KAFD-CGO) at GJU.

More than 20 GJU students and graduates made use of this provided opportunity and got feedback on the requirements of a CV in a regional market and how to adopt a personal CV to these requirements.

With this background information, participants openly and frankly asked questions about CV’s and applications in Jordan: What do employers expect? How to meet the needs of the labor market? How to increase the likeliness of the CV attracting the attention of HR managers?

The one-day event left the participants highly inspired and with concrete ideas on how to enhance their chances on the job market. The students as well as organizers were delighted with the success of the event which greatly met their expectations.
