In cooperation with ZAIN Jordan, the Career Guidance and Alumni office- King Abdullah II Fund for Development at the Deanship of Student Affairs organized training workshops about Negotiation and how to serve the customer.

During the first training, the lecturer Mr. Thogan Al Najdawi talked about the importance of having negotiation skills to make the successful deals.  He clarified the different types of the negotiations as individuals, associations or companies, also the stages of the negotiation process that starts within a preparation and discussion.  

During the second training, the lecturer MS. Rana Shammout  and Ms. Sarah Al Odat Started the training by explaining how to deal with a customers when they complain about the service or the product, and what are the important skills that should be exist in the  person who is working as customer services agent.
