Dr. Ismael Al-Hinti, Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the School of Applied Technical Sciences, received special recognition as a “Legend in Energy” During the 39th World Energy Engineers Congress.
The Congress which was organized by the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) in Washington DC during the period 21-23 September, was attended by over 4000 energy experts and engineers from around the world.
This prestigious award from the AEE comes in recognition of the contributions of Dr. Al-Hinti in the fields of energy management and energy efficiency in Jordan and the Middle East region. It is worth mentioning that Dr. Al-Hinti is a founding member of Jordan Energy Chapter and a board member of the Jordan Green Building Council.
He is also Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP), and a Certified Business Energy Professional (BEP) by the AEE, and the author of over 35 research papers in energy management and renewable energy.
