The Omrania | CSBE Student Award for Architectural Design announced the winners of the 2016 ninth cycle. The School of Architecture and Built Environment SABE at GJU and for the second year in a row won the first place.
The Award jury members (Róisín Heneghan, Ammar Khamash, and Mohsen Mostafavi) selected four first-place winners and five honorable mentions.
First-Place Winning Projects: Ain Ghazal Interpretation Center and Archaeological Shelter by Lina Halaseh and her Instructor Leen Fakhoury, and Square One: Urban Library and Learning Center by Noor Marji and her Instructor Tha'er Qub'a.
The Award ceremony and exhibition for this cycle will be held in Amman on November 22, 2016.
