GJU success story continues
Highly motivated, reliable and well-educated
Under this title, the magazine of DB Engineering and Consulting lauded the successful cooperation with the German Jordanian University in Amman. According to the article, the aim of this well-established cooperation is to get on board and train employees for projects in the MENA region, particularly in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
Currently, 14 GJU graduates are supporting DB Engineering and Consulting in the Arabian Peninsula and Germany in such areas as project management, planning and coordination. They are working alongside experienced colleagues from Germany and gain the know-how of Deutsche Bahn (DB) on-the-job and through special trainings. The article underlines that they act as a valuable link between the German and Arabic cultures and ways of working.
This has led the MENA region to submit this successful integration of employees into DB International as their contribution to the DB AWARD 2015 competition in the category “business culture”.
