About the Office

The Office of the Advisor to the President for Community Affairs is the link between the German-Jordanian University and institutions, organizations and individuals in the community.

GJU aims to achieve its mission through direct influence in the society, especially the youth sector by raising their professional and intellectual competence and providing them with soft skills that enhance their ability to market themselves in the local and international labor market in light of the great competition in the labor markets.

The Office has worked on developing an annual plan that includes realistic programs to implement on the ground in training areas and workshops. The Office also carries out various activities serving community members such as: free medical days, charitable bazaars, caring for persons with disabilities, besides the annual summer club project for children.

The Office organizes charitable and volunteer days such as the distribution of good parcels and school bags, as well as providing support to schools through contributing to the equipping and maintaining of computer labs.
