In cooperation with the German Jordanian University (GJU) through the Deanship of Student Affairs (DSA), the Arab Renaissance Cultural Forum, and the Renaissance Youth Network in the Arab Renaissance Organization for Democracy and Development (ARD) conducted an interactive session on Generations Dialogue series. The gathering featured the screening of the two short films “Land is inherited as language” and “I intend to emigrate” in the presence of the Head of the Forum Mr. Basil Al-Tarawneh, and actor, and producer of the two films, Mr. Zuhair Al-Nubani.

Basil Al-Tarawneh explained to the students the importance of the active participation of young people in their political and social environment and their role in societal change. He also stressed the importance of the Arabic language, which reflects the identity and culture of peoples and the need to adhere to it.

In turn, the artist Zuhair Al-Nubani also stressed the importance of introducing the issues of the Arabic language and immigration and opening the door to dialogue with young people, indicating the importance of adhering to the homeland and the language and motivating students to travel and learn other languages ​​to gain experience and skills, broaden horizons and explore ways to serve and advance the country.

At the end of the activity, the President of the GJU, Prof. Ala’aldeen Al-Halhouli, welcomed the guests and emphasized the increase of future cooperation between the two sides to educate students about the importance of using the Arabic language in addition to enhancing cooperation in the field of theater.
