On Saturday 10th of March 2018, the Road Safety Center of Excellence in collaboration with the Leading Vehicles (Abu Khader Automotive) held the second awareness workshop on “Vehicles Safety and Maintenance for Females” .
Twenty-five ladies from different age groups have attended the workshop which took place at the Leading Vehicles Service Center in Albayader Industrial Zone. The participants got the chance to learn about vehicles segmentations, mechanical system, brake system, safety specifications and dashboard lights.
The workshop has been conducted by Mr. Mazen AlBaghdadi, the certified maintenance supervisor at Abukhader Automotive who highlighted the importance of having regular preventive maintenance for the vehicles. At the end of the workshop, Mr. AlBaghdadi accompanied the participants on a tour in the service center to introduce them to the latest tools and instruments used there for inspection and repairing.
The Road Safety Center of Excellence aims at spreading public awareness about the importance of having safe vehicles by shedding the light on the impact of regular inspections on reducing the risk of serious problems occurring in the future as well as improving the driving quality of vehicles.
