The Managing Committee of the German Jordanian University Investment Fund, which was recently formed by the University's Board of Trustees, held its first meeting in Jabal Amman campus.
The committee membership included the President of the University, Prof. Ala’aldeen Al-Halhouli, the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Eng. Omar Al-Wishah, the Vice-President, Prof. Malek Alsharairi, Dr. Laith Abu Hilal, GJU graduates Mr. Khaled Al-Maani, Ms. Ola Al-Farra, and Eng. Moath Al-Faouri.
The GJU Investment Fund aims to manage the funds, propose projects, and implement initiatives to invest the university's funds, increase revenues, develop and modernize its facilities and projects.
Dr. Al-Halhouli stated that the committee would start investing the fund's money in projects that contribute to the service of the university and its cadres and thus contribute to the development of society.
