A delegation from Al-Hikma Pharmaceutical Company visited the German Jordanian University (GJU) and met with the President, Prof. Ala’aldeen Al-Halhouli to discuss ways to enhance cooperation between the two sides in areas of common interest.
Dr. Al-Halhouli indicated that the university aspires to strengthen cooperation relations with the company and various industrial sector institutions in Jordan and Germany to provide appropriate training opportunities for the students and job opportunities for its graduates.
Dr. Al-Halhouli explained that GJU students and graduates possess skills that enable them to make a positive change in the institutions in which they work, noting that the university is looking forward to being an applied international university and a pioneer in education, research, innovation, and entrepreneurship, also to spread the culture of leadership and innovation in all departments of the university and among the society members.
The Dean of Deanship of Scientific Research, the Dean of Innovation, Technology Transfer, and Entrepreneurship, and the Deans of the School of Applied Technical Sciences (SATS) and the School of Applied Medical Sciences (SAMS) discussed aspects of cooperation with the Al-Hikma delegation.
At the end of the visit, the delegation toured GJU facilities and visited some scientific laboratories and the Nano lab.
