On Tuesday, September 10, 2019, a delegation of police officers and crisis counselors from Saxony-Anhalt in Germany visited the Germany Jordan University (GJU) to learn about the nature of education and teaching methods in Jordan in general and at GJU in particular.

The delegation of (35) police officers and crisis counselors met during the visit with the Vice President for International Affairs Prof. Dr. Ralf Roßkopf, who presented an overview of the university and the majors, noting that it was built in the same way as the German universities in Applied Sciences.

Adding that the university consists of (9) faculties which offer twenty-eight academic programs, specialized in Applied Engineering Sciences and Administrative Sciences for Bachelor's and Master's Degrees.

Roßkopf reviewed the scientific and applied research aspects of the university, which are oriented towards the needs of the labor market by providing graduates who possess many of the skills and competencies necessary to meet the needs of this market.

At the end of the visit, the delegation toured the university.
