On Thursday 14th of December 2017, Senior Advisor Dr Markus Krerber, at GFT company in Germany and Chair of the Managers at the kingdom investment group in Amman Mr. Thabet Elwir, met with President of German Jordanian University (GJU) Prof. Manar Fayyad to discuss possible future collaboration in the information and communication technology (ICT) sector.
In the meeting that was attended by the Vice Dean of the School of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology (SEEIT) Dr. Raed Mesleh several fruitful outcomes resulted, including the support of GFT to arrange for several internships for GJU students at German companies working in the ICT sector. Also, discussion of possible research collaboration and future investments in the field of ICT business were conducted.
