The Office of Adviser to the President for Local Community Affairs at German Jordanian University in cooperation with All Jordan Charity Association/ Naour organized an activity to celebrate the graduation of Naour’s Kids who have been enrolled in the first summer school for local community’s kids.
The event was held under the patronage of GJU President Professor Natheer Abu Obeid , who expressed utmost delight of holding this summer school for the local community’s children, saying that it is one of the most important duties of GJU to support the local community.
He further briefed about the achievements of the Office of Adviser to the President for Local Community Affairs at GJU during this year and pointed out that the office and the university will keep support all social activities of the local community and will keep providing it with the best environment.
For her part Eng. Hada AlSawaeer , Chairman of All Jordan Charity Association thanked GJU for its continued support, and emphasized that the summer school allowed the children of the local community to learn various programs and improved their academic and other outcomes. In addition to making kids into confident, independent, well-adjusted individuals, it allowed them to explore new interests and to choose which activities they'd like to participate in.
At the end of event, Professor Abu Obeid distributed the certificates and gifts to the kids.
