Between October 14th and 22nd, Prof. Wolf Bertram from Hochschule Anhalt and his Ph.D. student Marcel Langner, visited the Department of Pharmaceutical and Chemical Engineering (PCE)- School of Applied Medical Sciences (SAMS) at the German Jordanian University (GJU), as a Flying Faculty.
The department staff and students joined the visitors in different activities like meetings, classes, labs and workshop.
A workshop was performed under the title “ In-line particle size measurement in fluidized bed processes” and it included in-line particle size measurement in fluidized bed coating of pellets for agglomerate detection and process control, Fluidized bed coating process optimization by in-line particle size measurement and statistical design, and First results Rotor/Tangential Spray.
