On Monday 23rd of October 2017, a German delegation from DIE HEGGE- Christliches Bildungswerk, visited German Jordanian University (GJU), within a tourist trip to Jordan that aims to learn about the country and its distinctive features.

Vice President for International Affairs, Prof. Dorit Schumann welcomed the guests and presented GJU’s achievements, projects and progress since establishment till today.

Schumann went through the schools and specialties offered by GJU, academic programs, Flying Faculty and Exchange programs, explaining the most distinguished attributes at GJU such as the German year; where students spend one year in Germany for study and internship, besides the dual studies that combine between theory and practice.

DIE HEGGE is an institution for adults teaching, where they offer an educational program in many fields like Politics, Social activities, Painting and Music. The program also includes a visit to a foreign country to learn about the culture and traditions in these countries and visit the most important sights.
