The German Jordanian University and Bayt.com signed an agreement for cooperation and joint understanding to strengthen the cooperation between the two sides in awarding a scholarship to one student in his/her final year of studies at the School of Computer Engineering and Information Technology.

The Scholarship will be named the “Bayt.com Scholarship in Computer Science and Information Technology”.

The agreement that was signed by Dr. Yousef Abdullat Dean of Student Affairs, Prof. Dia Abu-Al-Nadi Dean of School of Computer Engineering and Information Technology, and Dr. Ismail Hababeh Chairman of the Department of Computer Science on behalf of GJU, and Mr. Mr. Rabea Ataya the Chief Executive Officer on behalf of Bayt.com.

According to the agreement, the scholarship will cover the student’s tuition fees for the final year of studies in Germany (September 2015 – June 2016), which are fixed at September.

Upon graduating from GJU, and provided Bayt has a suitable vacancy, the student may be offered a position at Bayt’s Information Technology Department in Amman, Jordan.
