Amman- March 7, 2017

On Tuesday, March 7th 2017, the Middle Eastern job site Bayt.com hosted a career training for interested GJU students. The seminar “CV writing & job interview skills“ is part of the preparation courses for this year’s GJU career fair which will take place on the 19th of April 2017.

In the seminar, Bayt’s representatives taught the students what to consider when writing a CV to apply for a job in the Middle East. They also gave tips and tricks on how to successfully manage an interview to get the aspired job.

In addition to the CV and interview training, Bayt.com hosted a CV Clinic in which GJU students were offered the opportunity to get their individual CVs checked by one of five Bayt-experts and received tips about the specialties and requirements when applying for a job in the MENA region.

The service that has been offered from morning until late afternoon helped many students to optimize their CVs and to prepare for their future job search in Jordan. The university would like to thank Bayt for their continuous support university and look forward to welcome them in future events.

These courses took place in the frame of the preparation for GJU Career Fair which is implemented by the Office for Industrial Links (OIL) and King Abdullah II Fund – Career Guidance Office (KAFD-CGO) at GJU.

GJU Career Fair is going to take place on April, 19th 2017 from 9:00am-3:00pm at GJU main campus, Building H.
