Under the patronage of Prof. Natheer Abu Obied President of German Jordanian University (GJU), on Sunday 12/03/2017, the Social Committee with the cooperation of Deanship of Student affairs organized a closing ceremony for employees’ championship, in three sports games; Table Tennis, Chess, and Babyfoot.
The Head of Social Committee Mr. Baraa Algdah said that the university gives a great consideration for such activities to strengthen the social solidarity and family ties among their employees and to build trust, Increase Collaboration and eventually learn how to better communicate with one another.
At the end of the ceremony Dr. Natheer handed out cups and medals to winners where Sondos Shawabkeh won the first prize for Chess competition for the female’s category and Mr. Mahmoud AlSawaq, Mr. Amro Jazazi won for the male’s category, for tennis table competition Dr. Qassem AbdeAll won the first prize and Dr. Waleed Al Zyoud, and for baby foot competition M.r Mohanad AlRahahleh and Mr. Muheeb Saeed’s team won the first prize and Dr. Aqeel Qazweeny and Dr. Iyad AlHamad’s team. Dr. Adnan AlLaham won a prize for being the Ideal Player.
