On Monday, July 8, 2019, the Human Resource (HR) and the School of Management and Logistic Sciences (SMLS) in cooperation with the consultation and Training Center (CTC) at the German Jordanian University (GJU) graduated employees who participated in the Secretary and Records Training Course.

In the presence of the Director of HR, Mahmoud Irbaihat, the Dean of SMLS, Dr. Malek Sharairi and the Director of CTC Dr. Omar Shubailat, Prof. Manar Fayyad the President of GJU thanked all involved parties and graduates on their dedication and continues efforts to improve the process and quality of work at the University.

Dr. Malek Sharairi cleared that the School’s team tailored and designed the topics of the training based on “Training Needs Analysis” to benefit the employees with the HR and CTC assistance.

He explained the advantages of using the University’s resources to train colleagues such as measuring the commitment of both trainers and trainees, the consideration of time and location, and most importantly the availability of the trainers, which allows the possibility of the feedback and constant improvement.

It is worth mentioning that SMLS Professors, the Information System, and Technology Center (ISTC), the Legal Consultant Department, and the HR conducted the training.

The training covered the topics of Information Technology, Meeting Management and Secretary, Effective Management, Legislation and laws, Time and work management.
