The summer training course in migration and social work has started at the German Jordanian University and received the first group from university of Würzburg –Germany on Sunday 19th of September 2016.

The training course aims at sharing and transferring experiences, thoughts and various concepts about social work concerning Jordan, the country that is facing a lot of challenges and obstacles regarding Syrian refugees.

The course will last for 3 weeks, where the 19 MA students will be enrolled in social work workshops, knowing that a number of these students will join the professional diploma in migration and social work  in October.

It is worthy to mention that the group will have a long schedule during their stay in Jordan that includes several visits to some humanitarian organizations, UNICEF, Zaatari Camp, Schneller School, Jordan Museum and other sites in Jordan.
