The German Jordanian University in cooperation with the Charity Clothing Bank organized a free shopping campaign for orphan children in Naour and Madaba.
The campaign, which was organized by the National Education course students, covered about 200 orphans who are representing a number of charities in the local community.
Mr. Adel Hawatmeh, Instructor of the National Education course at the university said that the campaign represents the GJU faith in the developmental and social role of serving the local community; it also expresses the social solidarity among our students. In addition to strengthening the partnership with the Charity Clothing Bank - Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization to keep serving and developing our country.
It is worth mentioning that GJU has been always keen to organize volunteer and social activities to serve the local community.
